Roundtable is an authoring tool to deploy characters on the web. It provides a limited but simplified interface to the FLoReS dialogue manager with a templated NLG and a maximum entropy classifier for NLU.

Roundtable is a sandbox that lets you create and test conversational virtual characters. It is built upon a virtual human architecture developed for a system called SimCoach, originally for the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury, or DCOE. It builds upon a set of technologies developed over the past decade at USC’s Institute of Creative Technologies. Early on in the effort, we envisioned a toolset that would make it easier to create, test and deploy conversational virtual humans on the ubiquitous medium of the web.
