The Toolkit is an on-going, ever-changing, innovative system fueled by basic research performed at the <a href=\"http:\/\/usc.edu\/\">University of Southern California<\/a> (USC) <a href=\"http:\/\/ict.usc.edu\/\">Institute for Creative Technologies<\/a> (ICT) and its partners.<\/p>\n<p>Designed for easy mixing and matching with a research project\u2019s proprietary or 3rd-party software, the Toolkit provides a widely accepted platform on which new technologies can be built.
